The brand new Springhill Suites by Marriott Gilbert (located in the SanTan Village area) is ready to put together an amazing team to deliver exceptional guest experience.. We are seeking friendly and professional Guest Services Agents to join our hospitality team. This role is vital as Guest Service agents are the face of the hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage guest interactions efficiently. We need team players that are willing to so whatever is necessary to put the guest first. We love to cross-train, have fun, and strive to bring out the best in each other.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude
• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Manage multi-line phone systems, including reservation calls and guest communications
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations effectively
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times
• Support front desk operations during peak times or staff shortages

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
• Ability to learn multiple hotel management software systems and multi-line phone system.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
