Our Guest Services Associate position is for YOU! Join the exciting and fast paced spa environment at CWS in Southlake, TX. You must have a positive attitude and enjoy serving others. You will be responsible for greeting our guests in the friendliest of manner and offer them a level of customer service that is unprecedented. You will answer the phones, escort guests to the locker room, check them out at the conclusion of their spa day, assist guests with their retail purchases, and be helpful to them in any other way needed. Qualifications:

Candidates should have a drive for success and desire to learn and grow. Hours for this position will include Saturdays. (Holidays and some evening hours during the Fall and Winter seasons)

• Proven Front Desk/Customer Service experience in a high-end or luxury spa environment preferred. (2 years preferred)
• Proven experience in retail skincare sales ( 2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, customer needs, and industry trends
• Knowledge of Millennium or Meevo Software a plus
• Knowledge of retail sales
• Must be able to float between positions in Front Desk, Hospitality, and back of house.
• Initiative to build strong client relationships
• Ability to learn services offered on spa menu
• Exceptional customer service a must
• Superb organizational skills
• Provide excellent communication to clients, service providers and management
• A desire to work as part of a team
• High integrity and work ethic a must
• Reliable travel to and from Southlake
• Must be able to work hours within 10:00am-6:30pm on varied schedule Tuesday-Friday. Part time position is 20-24 hours per week. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended time frames and able to lift 20-25lbs.
