Guesthouse Supervisor – Dingle Town Centre

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our team at a small, well-established guesthouse in the heart of Dingle. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on autonomy and takes pride in delivering a high standard of hospitality.

This role offers a high level of responsibility, as each shift is independently managed, allowing you to take full ownership of daily operations. On the days you work, you will be entrusted with running the guesthouse as if it were your own – making it a perfect fit for someone who enjoys the freedom and fulfilment of operating in a business-owner style capacity, without the associated risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving breakfast for guests
• Servicing and maintaining guest rooms
• Processing payments and managing guest accounts
• Reviewing daily arrivals and ensuring smooth check-ins
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs

All reservations are managed through a central bookings office, allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Shift & Work Schedule:

• Standard shift: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• The role can be structured as a 3, 4, or 5-day working week, depending on your availability and preference
• For those seeking full-time hours: a 5-day week (approx. 45–50 hours) with two days off
• This is a full-time, year-round position, with the option of a shorter 3-month role (until the end of October)

Fluency in English is essential, as clear communication with guests and colleagues is a key part of the role.
