Job description
The main role of a UN1T Head Coach is to ensure that the standards of coaching are kept to a maximum, both when teaching themselves and when the rest of the coaching team are doing so. This is done through leading by example and setting impeccable standards. They will be working closely with the General Manager to ensure that the studio is operating efficiently and effectively.
This will include:
Studio floor responsibilities
○ Lead by example when coaching and cleaning
○ Ensure that relevant coaching information is passed to the coaching team
○ Check and maintain studio equipment
○ Assist in ensuring coaching standards are kept
Admin/Management responsibilities
○ Weekly email sent to team with all relevant information for the week
○ Oversee PT appointments
○ Ensuring cleaning standards are kept by both the team and hired cleaning staff
○ Mindbody is updated with relevant classes and coaches
○ Alongside General Manager, arrange a monthly team meeting
