Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal and group targeted KPIs
- Daily duty activities including upkeep outlet’s cleanliness, answer phone calls and equipment maintenance
- Regular scalp check for customers
- Provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments for the customer
- Exercise full treatment compliance
- Provide after sales & after treatment follow up with customers
- Provide onsite training to junior/new hired consultant
- Training will be provided
Requirements:
- Willing to learn
- Service oriented and well-groomed
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
