• Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and treatments tailored to client preferences.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering style recommendations, and ensuring a positive salon experience.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to clients’ hair types and styling needs.
• Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and managing walk-in clients.
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Foster effective communication with clients to ensure clarity on services provided and aftercare instructions.

• Skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Expertise in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to meet client needs while supporting salon goals.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Experience in retail sales within a salon setting is preferred.

• Compensation

We offer a hybrid pay model designed to support both new and experienced stylists.

• Commission + tips
• Tiered commission structure up to 65%
• Hourly guarantee

This structure ensures you are always paid fairly while still benefiting from strong earning potential as you build your Clientele.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
