Located at the heart of Waterford city, the family owned 4* Granville Hotel is looking to hire a Hall Porter who is a flexible and dedicated person and who is also available to work Night porter shifts when required.

Main duties:

• To ensure the highest standards of service are maintained by all times
• To deal with customer queries / complaints and ensuring conversion of enquiries
• To check functions list for days business, checking and setting up Meeting Rooms, replenishing and servicing as required to company standard
• Checking in deliveries and carrying goods to the stores
• To assist all guests with luggage and personal belongings
• To follow cleaning guidelines for public areas
• To assist in Bar Food area

While on Nights;

• To ensure security of all guests and hotel at all times.
• To assist Management in adhoc duties when required.
• To facilitate check in and check out of guests when needed.
• To serve hotel guests Food & Beverage offerings when needed.
• To carry out cleaning duties as per Standards of Procedure.

• Good communication skills, good level of English
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional Customer and Personal Service Standards
