We are a growing handyman and home services company based in the Houston area, seeking a reliable, skilled, and centrally located team member to join our crew. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality work, and can easily travel to different parts of Houston — especially the south side — while supporting projects across the city. You will be part of a professional, customer-focused team known for delivering exceptional results in remodeling, fence installation, repairs, and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites across Houston to complete assigned projects, with a focus on Central Innner Loop Houston.
• Perform a variety of handyman tasks, including fence installation and repair, painting, carpentry, drywall work, minor electrical, and general home repairs.
• Follow project instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company property in good working order.
• Provide accurate updates on project status and report any issues promptly.
• Work independently or with a team to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.
• Must have basic tools and a truck for hauling materials.

Requirements

• Located in or near central Houston with a reliable truck.
• Ability to travel to both north and south Houston job sites.
• 4+ years of handyman, construction, or related trade experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs and work in various hot weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and repair techniques.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.76 - $27.41 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
