We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential or commercial properties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on facilities and equipment
• Perform minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Assemble fixtures as needed
• Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces to maintain aesthetic appeal
• Install and repair locks and doors
• Remove/install windows for air condition installation
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills

• Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools required for various repair tasks
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
