This is not a production-line trade job where every day looks the same.
You’ll handle:
- Small to mid-size handyman repairs and projects
- A wide range of homes, problems, and scenarios
- Jobs you’ve done before — and some you haven’t
You’ll be trusted to:
- Assess situations accurately
- Communicate clearly with homeowners
- Decide on the right solution — not the fastest shortcut
- Ask for help when needed and take responsibility for outcomes

To respect everyone’s time, please confirm that you meet the following non-negotiable requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in handyman, maintenance, or related trades preferred
- Strong general repair skills (carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical)
- You hold a valid driver’s license and have had no DUI convictions in the past 5 years
- You are able to pass a background check
- You are able to pass a drug test
- You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
