Freelance Handyman / Maintenance Contractor

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced handymen, maintenance professionals, tradespeople, or side-hustle contractors looking for flexible, part-time work with a steady flow of residential service calls.

What You’ll Do

Projects may include:

• TV mounting

• Furniture assembly

• Drywall repair

• Minor plumbing repairs

• Minor electrical work

• Shelving and cabinet installation

• Home repairs and maintenance

• Door adjustments and hardware installs

• Caulking and touch-ups

• Preventative maintenance services

• General handyman work and occasional renovations

Our jobs are typically small-to-medium service projects that keep schedules manageable and income consistent.

Ideal Candidate

You’re someone who:

• Has hands-on handyman or maintenance experience

• Owns basic professional tools

• Has a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Communicates professionally with customers

• Can work independently without constant supervision

• Values integrity, reliability, and customer satisfaction

Experience in multiple trades is considered a strong asset.

Requirements

• Previous handyman, maintenance, renovation, or trade experience

• Smartphone with internet access

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift and perform physical work

• Strong problem-solving skills

• WCB and liability insurance preferred (or willingness to obtain)
