Job description:

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer/Carpenter to join our team. This role involves working on apartment turnovers, unit renovations, and property upgrades, with a wide variety of hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Flooring installation (laminate, vinyl, hardwood)

• Trim, baseboard, and casing work

• Hanging and adjusting doors

• Kitchen installation (cabinets, counters, hardware)

• Minor electrical (switches, fixtures, outlets)

• Minor plumbing (faucets, sinks, toilets)

• Tile work (backsplashes, bathrooms, floors)

• General repairs and finishing touches to ensure units are rent-ready

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry, renovations, or skilled trades

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing (certification not required but an asset)

• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Own tools and reliable transportation preferred
