At Hey Fix It Pro, you’ll be more than a technician. You’ll be the on-site problem solver, trusted advisor, and revenue generator. Show up, assess the work, give the customer clear options, complete the job, and take payment — all while delivering top-tier craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Arrive at job sites on time, present yourself professionally, and build immediate trust
• Quote projects on-site and present service options clearly to customers
• Complete repairs, installs, and maintenance work to expert standards
• Collect payments on-site using our mobile app (training provided)
• Spot and close additional service opportunities that benefit the customer
• Track jobs, hours, materials, and revenue using our scheduling tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Travel between job sites in your own reliable, work-ready vehicle

What You Bring

• Proven expertise in general maintenance and repair (plumbing, drywall, HVAC, appliances, basic electrical)
• Strong sales skills — confident quoting, upselling, and closing on-site
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A smartphone and comfort using mobile apps for scheduling, invoicing, and tracking
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle that can carry tools and supplies

• Trade certifications or advanced skills in a specialty trade
• Your own professional-grade tools
• A track record of increasing revenue through smart service recommendations
