Handyman/Woman/Maintenance

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of technical skills and experience in maintaining and repairing. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently while also being able to supervise and lead small teams when necessary. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients regularly.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise and coordinate tasks for other maintenance staff or contractors as needed.
• Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• visit properties to inspect and assess work to be carried out to provide quotations for work.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Handy Man role or similar position, demonstrating a broad skill set across various trades.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience supervising teams preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
