We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hardware Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Manage purchasing, pricing strategies, and inventory management to optimize stock levels and sales opportunities.
• Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting; handle customer inquiries with excellent communication skills.
• Manage schedules, supervise staff performance, and foster a team-oriented atmosphere that encourages collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail or hardware store environments with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, pricing strategies, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and recruiting processes.
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques, marketing strategies, and retail sales techniques.
• Supervising experience with a focus on customer service excellence and team leadership. Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
