The HD Service & Project Engineer will be responsible for the mechanical installation, electrical instrument connection, servicing, and troubleshooting of Hägglunds Drive Systems and Hydraulic products. This role supports project implementation, ensures documentation compliance, and serves as the primary technical contact for aftermarket support and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and electrical instrumentation connections, including lifting coordination and rigging activities.
• Execute site-based project implementations and provide on-site support for Hägglunds hydraulic drives and control systems.
• Carry out maintenance, servicing, and diagnostics of hydraulic components including:
  • Hydraulic Motors: Compact, Quantum, Marathon, Viking
  • Hydraulic Pumps: SP Pump
  • Control Systems: Spider control system
• Provide troubleshooting expertise on HÄGGLUNDS Drive Systems and ensure swift resolution of technical issues.
• Prepare and submit Service Reports and Installation Reports upon job or project completion.
• Ensure all project documentation aligns with HQ directives and global standards for Hägglunds application solutions.
• Act as the technical liaison for customers, providing aftermarket support and resolving product-related concerns.
• Conduct user training on Spider Control and basic system operation for customer teams and contractors.
• Lead and coordinate with contractors and site teams during installations and service interventions.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and project timelines.
• Willingness to travel to the Philippines for project execution, typically for durations of 1–2 weeks per assignment.

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Hands-on experience with rotating machinery, hydraulic systems, or other heavy industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic drive systems and instrumentation.
• Experience in field service, project execution, and customer technical support.
• Ability to read technical schematics and implement electromechanical installations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing and internal coordination roles.
• Self-motivated, solutions-driven, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
