We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Café Manager to lead our vibrant café in Dublin 6. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the café team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Assist in staff training and development
- Drive sales and contribute to the café’s growth
Qualifications:
- Previous strong experience in café or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €27,000.00-€77,827.04 per year
Work Location: In person
