Head Chef – Limerick

Salary: €70,000–€80,000 DOE

An established hospitality business in Limerick is looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead its kitchen team.

This isn't a role for someone looking to simply run a service. We're looking for a leader who wants to build a team, raise standards and help shape the future of a well-established business entering an exciting new chapter.

You'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of the kitchen, work closely with senior management and play a key role in developing menus, systems and the overall guest experience. We're looking for someone who leads by example, develops people and takes pride in delivering consistently exceptional food.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.
• Manage stock, ordering and food cost.
• Oversee labour planning and kitchen performance.
• Ensure the highest standards of HACCP and food safety.
• Support menu development and continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, professional kitchen culture.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of kitchen finances.
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
• High standards, attention to detail and pride in your work.
