The opportunity has arisen for a hard working experienced Chef to join our successful team within Kelly’s Kitchen.
No Sunday Work, No Evening Work, 4 day working week, Finished work at 4.30pm Closed for Christmas for 3 weeks.
We are a busy, award winning restaurant, in the heart of the greenway. We pride ourselves on using good quality food (all meat is supplied from Kelly’s Butcher right next door) and cooking our food to order and to perfection.
Kelly’s Kitchen opening hours are Monday – Saturday 8.30am-4pm.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience at managing the day to day running of a busy kitchen, and responsible for menu creation, stock control, waste and HACCP.
The successful candidate must have genuine passion and flair for food, can work within a team or on their own initiative, and have excellent English, an excellent work ethic, great time keeping skills and good people skills.
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in high quality kitchens and have a strong awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety work practices and HACCP.
