Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including restaurant, room service, banqueting, and special events.
  • Design and develop innovative menus that align with the hotel's brand and guest expectations.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Manage food costs, purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Coordinate with hotel management and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor kitchen performance and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and cost control.
  • Experience managing banqueting, conferences, and large-scale events is preferred.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.

Pay: €45,000.00-€48,000.00 per year
