Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including restaurant, room service, banqueting, and special events.
- Design and develop innovative menus that align with the hotel's brand and guest expectations.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Manage food costs, purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Coordinate with hotel management and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and cost control.
- Experience managing banqueting, conferences, and large-scale events is preferred.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards under pressure.
- Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
Pay: €45,000.00-€48,000.00 per year
