Lead the Kitchen at Melbourne Coffee Culture

Melbourne Coffee Culture is looking for an experienced Chef / Head Chef to lead our kitchen in Broadbeach.

We're searching for someone who is passionate about quality food, thrives in a fast-paced café environment, and enjoys leading a team while maintaining consistently high standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes
• Lead daily kitchen operations and maintain an efficient workflow
• Train and support kitchen staff
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Maintain food quality and consistency across all menu items
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Work closely with management to improve menu offerings and kitchen performance

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Chef or Head Chef
• Can confidently manage a busy kitchen service
• Has excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality meals
• Works well under pressure
• Holds relevant food safety knowledge and qualifications
• Is reliable, professional and passionate about hospitality
