Then come and join our global team as Head (f/m/d) of Edge+ to lead the transformation of our global on-premise data centers and edge locations into modern, cloud-like, hybrid-ready environments.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You lead all on-prem and edge site operations, standardization, and modernization.
You build and operate hybrid infrastructure services that run consistently across on-prem, edge, and public cloud.
You drive automation, orchestration, and cloud-like operations with tools like MetalSoft, Terraform, or similar.
You ensure robust resiliency, security, and sustainability, with clear metrics, reporting, and risk transparency.
You manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology roadmaps to deliver cost-effective, future-ready platforms.
You develop and inspire a global, high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
You have longterm experience in data center, edge, storage, or hybrid infrastructure, with 5+ years global leadership experience.
You convince us with a deep expertise in virtualization (VMware, OpenShift, Hyper-V, Azure Local) and hybrid storage/cloud solutions (e.g., NetApp CVO).
You show proven track record transforming legacy on-premise environments into hybrid, automated platforms.

Your attributes and skills:

You have very good English-language skills and are confident within an international environment.
