Role: Head Mistress

Location: Keeranatham, Coimbatore

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.
• Mentor, supervise, and evaluate teachers to maintain high academic and pastoral standards.
• Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.
• Monitor student progress and support individualized learning needs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school leadership to enhance student development.
• Plan and execute academic calendars, events, and enrichment activities.
• Ensure compliance with school policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's Degree with B.Ed./Early Childhood Education qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6-10 years of teaching experience, including at least2 years in a leadership role in Pre-Primary/Early Years.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child-centered learning.
