Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Inspire and continue developing a talented team of ~15 analog and mixed-signal design engineers, nurturing their growth to deliver world-class radar IC solutions
- Guide successful delivery of radar millimeter-wave ICs across all frequency bands, ensuring products meet automotive, industrial, and consumer market requirements
- Collaborate with the team to evolve design methodologies and workflows, achieving measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and time-to-market
- Work with the team to optimize project staffing and resource allocation, maximizing impact and ensuring on-time delivery of critical milestones
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across several locations to accelerate innovation
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and mutual support that attracts and retains top talent
- Contribute to shaping strategic direction and influence key decisions that define the future of Infineon's radar technology portfolio

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or related field - or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of R&D experience in electronics or semiconductor industry with demonstrated growth and impact
- Proven track record of successfully leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams in medium-sized or larger organizations
- Sound knowledge of IC development processes; background in analog and/or RF design is a strong plus
- Natural talent for building bridges between teams, inspiring collaboration across sites and disciplines, and fostering environments where innovation thrives
- Fluent English communication skills; German as a plus
- Energized by leading across locations with regular travel between Munich, Linz, and Graz to build strong, unified teams
