- Management, allocation and monitoring of all sales budgets per sales manager and ownership by manager
- Expense budget management and setting
- Invoicing and payment of expenses
- Price rise management per client
- Sales vs Budget management
- Sales and profit rectification plans vs budget
- Sales YTD forecasting and future analysis against budget
- Profit targets and management of teams tasks to improve profit by client
- Optimisation and conversion increase per partner Ensures new business opportunities are recorded in SalesForce and following pipeline
- Analyses mistakes and conducts research to identify root causes of complex problems and implements appropriate solutions
- Demonstrates courage in decision making, tackling tough issues
- Seeks out opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the business and makes difficult decisions when people, businesses or initiatives are underperforming
- Enhances the business for significantly improved results
- Leads team to exceed Sales targets

- Develop a sustainable sales and growth strategy to meet revenue, profit and strategic business requirements
- Engage in leading edge partnerships to grow Allianz Partners profitable market share through the strategic development of the Assistance product and service offering
- Maximise revenue and operating profit for each client
- Oversee the development and implementation of detailed client planning processes
- Ensure agreed deadlines are adhered to at all times for reporting for partners and internal stakeholders Oversee the preparation of product presentations, proposals and reports in line with Allianz Partners branding guidelines
- Knows market fundamentals and integrates into regular work activity
- Aware of key profit and cost drivers for Assistance line of business and how they contribute to profitable growth. Works harminmously with key stakeholders in the development and implementation of strategies and campaigns and provide sales advice with the co-ordination of any associated procedures in relation tonew products, services or campaigns
- Adhere to the risk management and compliance obligations relevant to each position and comply with policies, processes and training requirements.
- Report and escalate risk and compliance related concerns, issues and failures to management
- Complete required risk management reviews and questionnaires within approved timeframes
- Identify, document and communicate risk and compliance exposures including fraud and corruption in operational areas or departments
- Integrate compliance obligations, risk assessment and the risk management process into business practices
- Tertiary Qualifications in business, commerce or related disciplines preferred
- Proven success leading large teams
- Previous experience successfully implementing process and people changes
- Ensuring that the expected levels of service are always delivered to clients and their customers and prospects at all times
- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and broad organisational influencing skills in complex organisational structures and multi product lines.
- Proven success meeting significant sales revenue targets.
- Demonstrated evidence of the development and implementation of sales and distribution plans
- Displays solid attention to detail, and has the ability to analyse information to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions.
