Then come and join our global team as Head of Business Partner Management Diagnostics - CEE (f/m/d), for overseeing and managing all aspects of business partner relationships within the Central and Eastern Europe region. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and accountability for the successful collaboration and performance of business partners.
This position can be located outside of Germany at the following DX locations:
- Vienna, Austria
- Bratislava, Slovakia
- Istanbul, Tuerkiye
- Ljubljana, Slovenia
- Prague, Czech Republic
- Warsaw, Poland
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: You will be responsible to define and implement strategies for business partner management, including market analysis, partner selection, and performance evaluation.
- People Management: You will oversee a team of approximately 7 Business Partner Managers, ensuring their performance and development.
- Business Partner Management: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners across the CEE region. Ensure alignment with Siemens Healthineers' strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to support business partner activities and initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: You will monitor and evaluate the performance of business partners, providing feedback and support to drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance: You will ensure all business partner activities comply with Siemens Healthineers' policies and regulatory requirements

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed your university’s degree in Business Administration in Management, Life Sciences or related fields.
- You have many years of experience in business partner management or related fields, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- You have a track record of success of establishing and committing to long-term business strategies, enabled by setting high standards and monitoring progress towards goals.
- You are used to leading and implementing change initiatives within the organization and identifying and seizing business opportunities to drive growth.
- You are proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- You have excellent communication skills in English

- Analytical Skills: You have excellent analytical skills to assess market trends, partner performance, and business opportunities.
- Financial Knowledge: You possess expert knowledge of financial principles and practices relevant to business partner management.
- Business Acumen: You have strong understanding of economic, financial, market, and industry trends.
- Negotiating Skills: You have expert-level negotiating skills to manage and resolve conflicts with business partners.
- Leadership: You have demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams and partners.
