The Capability Transformation (CT) Head leads the team responsible for enhancing the Nordic Marketing Company’s market approach and evolving our business model. This role requires collaborating with Business Units, Medical, and Market Access to develop L&D strategies, upskilling programs, and a future-ready organization This is an office based role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Capability Transformation team of approx. 4 people specialized in Learning & Development working together with Business Units, Medical, and Market Access

• Set and implement the strategy for the Capability Transformation team

• Support and deliver industry leading tools and approaches for building skills and capability of the cross-functional organization through coaching and training.

• Develop and implement upskilling programs to create a future-ready organization and support career planning and training.

• Drive competence and execution within Business Excellence, both by challenging and driving activities and through responding to needs from the different BUs.

• Liaise with Global and Regional teams to gain and share insights and best practices

• Analyse L&D trends and collaborate with HR to boost individual and leadership growth.

• Lead the Capability Transformation Team, ensuring top-tier performance.

Essential For The Role

• University degree or equivalent previous experience with +7 years professional experience within the fields of business development, operation, sales or marketing

• Strong leadership skills with experience of leading cross-functional teams.

• Strong skills in implementing a set strategy and lead change management

• Successful in managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders

• Strive for innovation, creativity and ability to foster innovation

• Good problem solving and project management skills, with delivery focus, ability to work to tight timelines and manage priorities

• Pharmaceutical commercial experience is a plus

• Strong command of the English language

• A good sense of humour
