Head Of Compliance

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Compliance to join our leadership team and ensure our company operates in full compliance with all regulatory frameworks. This is a strategic position where you will be responsible for building, leading, and maintaining a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Your Role:

• Lead the Compliance department and act as the company’s primary liaison with regulatory authorities.
• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor and assess regulatory changes and ensure the company remains fully compliant.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and risk management matters.
• Conduct regular internal audits, risk assessments, and reporting to senior management and the board.
• Oversee AML/CFT obligations and act as MLRO (if applicable).

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior compliance role, ideally within the financial services, fintech, or iGaming sector.
• Strong knowledge of EU and Maltese regulatory frameworks (MFSA, FIAU, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICA, CAMS) will be considered an asset.
