Head of Debt Management Finland

As the Head of Debt Management Finland, you will lead a team of 22 skilled professionals managing the legal collection of both personal and corporate customers.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to join an international management team with the responsibility for our Finland office, working with Debt management and advisory. In this role you will lead a team of specialists working with legal collection, ensuring high-quality collection processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will:

• Lead and develop – Build a strong, motivated and high-performing team
• Manage projects to implement customer centric processes in collaboration with debt collection agency
• Ensure efficiency and operational excellence – Streamline processes and develop systems in collaboration with our Debt Management Development Tribe to improve accuracy, quality and efficiency
• Drive compliance and controls – Ensure full adherence to regulations impacting collection processes in line with SOPs
• Collaborate – Work with internal and external stakeholders to align processes with business needs
• Manage team performance – Track key metrics and ensure continuous improvements in operational processes and employee satisfaction

Your profile - A collaborative and driven approach

The leader we are looking for possesses a deep knowledge of Debt Collection and Debt Advisory, ensuring regulatory compliance, in collaboration with external and internal partners.

We also imagine that you have:

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced time management and organisational skills
• A strong customer-centric approach and motivation to deliver high-quality service
• Attention to detail and interest in working in a dynamic, agile environment
• Creative mindset with a keen interest in driving improvements and developing your team
• Finnish and English, both spoken and written
