SUPPORTING THE GROWTH OF B2B SUBSCRIPTION COMPANIES
More and more businesses are starting to understand the benefits of recurring revenue with a subscription-based business model, leading to predictable revenue, scalability, and improved customer relationships. However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle advanced B2B subscriptions and, in turn, manage financial operations and reporting.

We are looking for an innovative and adaptable Head of Growth Marketing to lead all aspects of marketing and demand creation across North/West Europe and North America. As an inspiring leader for our hybrid/remote team, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — and if processes are missing, you’ll create them!
You’ll report to the VP of Marketing, and this role offers the opportunity to make a big impact on our growth.
What You’ll Do:
Lead marketing initiatives to meet revenue goals and accelerate growth.
Build and grow a global Demand Generation team (currently six people, including one Website Manager).
Equip your team with the tools and guidance for success as they grow at Younium.
Together with Demand Gen Managers work on go-to-market planning, pipeline marketing, lead management, and data analysis.
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting.
Manage forecasts and proactively address risks with Sales leaders.
Partner with Product Marketing to take the potential customer longer on the journey without sales hands involved.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to position Younium as the single platform for B2B companies to operate, develop, and expand their servitized business globally.
Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in Leadership.
International experience working towards markets outside the Nordics, preferably the UK, Germany, or the US.
Strong background in Performance Marketing, developing KPIs and marketing attribution models. Proficiency in Hubspot, Dreamdata, and knowledge of AI (marketing) tools is a must!
Highly analytical, with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
Solid understanding of the subscription-based business model and experience growing a customer base from 200 to 1000 in a longer sales cycle with larger deals.
Proven success in managing budgets between 1.5-4 million Euros, always with a focus on measurable ROI.
Relevant university degree or similar higher education.

We are a team of 65 people working from Stockholm, Malmö, Amsterdam, Philadelphia, and remotely. We have clear responsibilities and defined ownership, but with a mindset to collaborate and help each other throughout the team. starting date for this position will preferably be ASAP.
Please note that we do not offer any relocation package, nor will we recruit outside of Europe for this position.
We can hire in Sweden and the Netherlands, meaning you need a work permit here. We aren't limited to these countries; having an agreement as a full-time consultant or employed by a third-party partner is also possible if you are based in another European country. As we are a global company with hybrid/remote setup, you are expected to travel approximately. 3-4 days/quarterly, mainly within Europe but also to the US.
