Head Of Maintenance Centrale Exécution

ArcelorMittal Long Products Luxembourg is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Maintenance Execution to lead the execution of maintenance works within the Central Maintenance Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring legal compliance, effective facility management, and the reliability of rail maintenance operations across the AM LPL perimeter.

Your Role

As Head of Execution, you will:

  • Lead a team of engineers and work planners to validate, prioritize, plan, and execute maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee the implementation and governance of the compliance plan for overhead cranes and rail tracks.
  • Coordinate with operational maintenance teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Support the development of preventive, conditional, and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Promote and uphold ArcelorMittal’s safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety practices are followed and continuously improved.
  • Supervise execution of legally mandated maintenance and facility management tasks.
  • Define budgets and schedules for multi-year compliance plans.
  • Monitor KPIs, lead follow-up meetings, and implement corrective actions.
  • Benchmark and implement best practices across ArcelorMittal sites.
  • Collaborate with support teams for structural studies and complex interventions.
  • Ensure non-conformities are resolved with certified bodies.
  • Provide technical support to operational departments to align priorities and achieve production goals.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Bac+5 or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in heavy industry.
  • Fluent in French; good level of English.
  • Strong knowledge of overhead crane maintenance and legal compliance is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP PM.
  • Skilled in data analysis and maintenance planning.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
