In the Baking Division we are proud of growing Australia’s leading Baking brand in Greens, and a large private label supplier in Baking and Bakery manufacturing

About our Role

As a key member of the Kinrise Baking Leadership Team, you are responsible for leading a profitable Marketing and Innovation strategy in order to achieve the vision and growth goals of the Baking category. With breadth in quantity, diversity and scope of client type, this role plays a critical role in defining the Baking and Bakery categories with innovative strategies and supporting team priorities. Brands include Greens, Susan Day, Big Sister, and a large Private Label portfolio.

The role is responsible for managing and delivering on category & brand strategies and budgeting process. In addition, work with the Kinrise wide portfolio, liaising and developing the Greens brand in line with overall Kinrise strategy.

About You:

You are an inspiring and strategic Marketing and Innovation leader with a proven track record of bringing creating an innovation pipeline and meeting projected sales and profitability plans. You coach to your team and naturally ‘like to roll your sleeves up’ to ensure results are achieved.

You will have a relevant degree, with postgraduate in commercial or related discipline.

Working in a fast paced organisation, with an ambitious growth agenda, drives you to succeed. You have excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills. You are solutions focused and have experience in providing leadership, direction, and strategies in complex and changing environments.
