Your mission

• Lead the merchandise planning strategy, ensuring stock aligns with sales forecasts and customer demand.
• Work closely with the buying team to plan product launches and manage stock levels across categories.
• Monitor KPIs such as stock turnover, demand forecasts, and sales trends to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, finance, and logistics.

Your profile

• 8+ years of experience in merchandise planning, with deep knowledge of inventory management and forecasting tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a team.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Analytical thinking: Sharp ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Collaboration: Experience working with multiple departments to align strategies.
• Communication: Ability to communicate findings and plans effectively to stakeholders.

• Fluency in English and French at a native-speaker level is required
