Head Of (M/F/Div) Warehouse Central Warehouse West

Active management and continuous development of warehouse logistics in the high-bay warehouse (Central Warehouse West), including ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements and approval regulations, as well as guaranteeing cost efficiency while promoting operational excellence (shopfloor performance, inventory management, process optimization)

Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of employees within the area of responsibility

Operator responsibility for a facility under the German Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG)

Delegated responsibility for environmental protection, operational and plant safety, health, and quality (USGQ), as well as implementation and monitoring of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001)

Responsibility for the inventory of the Central Warehouse West

Responsibility for operating cost centers, operational revenue, and customer monthly billing, as well as ensuring professional customer communication

Promotion of synergistic collaboration with adjacent departments

Acting as deputy for the role of “Head of Warehouse Operations” during absence

Successfully completed degree with a technical or business focus

Several years of professional experience in logistics

Experience in managing leaders and employees

In-depth knowledge of Lean, Change, and KPI management

Proficient in MS Office and SAP

Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with a high level of abstraction when dealing with data and complex operational processes, as well as strong commitment
