- 5+ years hands on in large scale network environments as a network engineer, network consultant, solutions architect or professional services engineer.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, good team management skills preferably in international environments.
- Thorough understanding of Wireless and Wired Office Networks as well as remote access technologies.
- Several years of experience in the implementation, integration, design and architecture of large global office networks.
- Profound communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal, ability to interact effectively with engineers, leaders, stakeholders and customers. English required, German is a plus.
- Experience in project management.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
