IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:
- Drive positive impact on P&L and growth of the OFR Bulk product.
- Lead the Operational team to ensure smooth customer transitions to DHL.
- Ensure Operations meets customer service standards and expectations.
- Engage in major business opportunities regularly, including expanding Share of Wallet opportunities.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are well documented.
- Address and follow up on customer escalations.
- Support the transition of dry FCL into DHL to maintain business levels.
- Facilitate the transition of US business into the US market.
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in OFR Bulk.
- Strong knowledge of customer service processes and systems.
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs professionally.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
