Head Of Order To Cash (Otc) & Purchase To Pay (Ptp)

Do you want to shape the future of financial processes in one of the Nordic region's leading companies? As part of the separation of Schibsted, we are offering a unique opportunity to lead and further develop the Order to Cash (OtC) and Purchase to Pay (PtP) functions in Schibsted Marketplaces. This role provides an exciting combination of strategic impact and operational responsibility in an international environment.

The Head of OtC & PtP will report to the VP, Head of Financial Reporting. The position is based in Oslo and will require some travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay functions in Schibsted Marketplaces.
  • Ensure efficient OtC and PtP processes, including monitoring relevant KPIs.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of OtC and PtP processes, contributing to Schibsted's overall growth strategy.
  • Support and assist with continuous improvement initiatives and relevant projects.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding of new legal entities together with other team leaders.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality process documentation and training materials.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Head of OtC & PtP who has:

  • Experience as, or readiness to become, a team leader in OtC and PtP processes.
  • A master’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong management and analytical skills, with a structured and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in process optimization and improvement projects within Order to Cash.
  • Knowledge of designing, implementing, and operating a KPI-driven process model.
  • In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes.
  • A self-driven, collaborative approach and an ability to work well with others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish being an advantage.
