Anticimex Innovation Center is on an ambitious growth journey within SMART Device Solutions. We develop and deliver innovative products that protect people, homes and businesses - and now we are looking for a Head of Quality & Test Management to take our quality and test capabilities to the next level.

The role

As Head of Quality & Test Management you will hold a central role with a clear mandate to build processes, raise standards and make sure projects are delivered on time and at the right quality. You will set the direction for how we work with test and quality – from hardware verification and validation in development to supplier quality, production stability and lifecycle management.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with R&D and manufacturing, lead our test and QA teams in Bagsværd and Helsinge, and ensure consistency across projects. Your challenge will be to turn quality into a scalable framework with clear processes, transparent KPIs and a culture where continuous improvement is part of everyday work.

Who you are

We are looking for a technically strong quality and test leader with experience from electronics, hardware or IoT industries. You bring solid knowledge in verification and validation and understand how to secure quality in components and from suppliers. At the same time, you know how to build organisation, coach people and set ambitious goals that others want to follow. You are structured, hands-on and motivated by creating lasting impact through both people and processes.
