We are seeking a proactive and strategic Head of Retail Retention to lead efforts in maintaining and growing these critical relationships globally. This role is key to ensuring retailers receive maximum value from our services while driving commercial growth opportunities.

Your Role

• Build Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with key retailers, prioritising in-person engagement.
• Lead a Team: Manage and mentor Retail Success Managers to achieve growth and success.
• Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue from retailer referrals and additional services.
• Global Outreach: Travel internationally to address retailer challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Optimize Integration: Support seamless service integration and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and create impactful programmes like the brand zone development initiative.
• Deliver Results: Track and report on retention metrics, revenue generation, and engagement progress.

What You’ll Bring

• Knowledge & Expertise: Proven expertise in digital retail or brand management, ideally within the beauty category. Strong familiarity with the global retail landscape.
• Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: A successful track record in overservicing high-value clients and solving complex challenges with exceptional relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Attitude: Proactive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset with a drive for excellence.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in managing and coaching high-performing teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with onboarding tools.
• Education & Language: Degree or equivalent experience; fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
