Head of Sales
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead our client’s sales initiatives and drive growth in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, exceptional marketing acumen, and strong leadership abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to your region.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
Generate new leads and close sales effectively to meet revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
9+ years of experience in the production or food service industry.
Proven expertise in marketing and sales.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
Willingness to work in the office.
