Head of Sales

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead our client’s sales initiatives and drive growth in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, exceptional marketing acumen, and strong leadership abilities.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to your region.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve targets.

  • Generate new leads and close sales effectively to meet revenue goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

  • 9+ years of experience in the production or food service industry.

  • Proven expertise in marketing and sales.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

  • Willingness to work in the office.
