Role Overview

As the Head of Sales, you will oversee the sales department, build and execute strategic plans, and inspire a high-performing team. You will collaborate closely with leadership to identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and set ambitious targets that drive the company forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in sales leadership, ideally in Trade.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans while remaining hands-on in execution.

Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €80,000.00-€100,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
