Role Overview
As the Head of Sales, you will oversee the sales department, build and execute strategic plans, and inspire a high-performing team. You will collaborate closely with leadership to identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and set ambitious targets that drive the company forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (8+ years) in sales leadership, ideally in Trade.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans while remaining hands-on in execution.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €80,000.00-€100,000.00 per year
