Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
- 10 years of experience in team management.
- 5 years of experience in sales roles in digital native industries.
- 15 years of experience in technology industry, including 13 years of sales experience with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
- Experience working with and managing cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Customer Engineers, Partner Sales) and external partners in complex implementation projects and negotiations.
- Experience in building and leading cloud field sales team, managing business as a trusted advisor by the customers.
- Ability to manage business and commercial models while leading organizational transformations and delivering results.
- Ability to build a high-performing Sales team and build an excellent team culture.
- Excellent collaboration skills.

You will lead a team of field sales representatives who strive to make a significant impact on the success of our customer, which translates into business growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory. You come with a proven track record of growing big accounts by understanding the customers business issues and tactical goals, identifying and articulating the unique value to the customers, and mobilizing internal resources to serve and deliver the best customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of field sales representatives and create an inclusive and growth-oriented culture. Focus on skills development and coaching to exceed business goals for the territory and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and expand relationships with C-level executives in key spender accounts in the Digital Native space. Serve as the Cloud subject matter expert and influence the long-term direction of these accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans, including a broader enterprise plan across key verticals to go deep in the territory. Manage the team day-to-day, providing support for critical business opportunities and career mentorship.
- Assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for multiple Google Cloud solutions. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
