As Head of Sales Norway, you are a seasoned Sales Professional with a proven track record of leadership and a hands-on approach to the Norwegian market and Electric Heating products. Located near the capital, you play a central role in steering the team towards ambitious business expansion goals and oversee Key Account Management as well as Pull/Push activities in the market.

Job Responsibilities

• You lead our Sales Engineers in Norway to success by using coaching tools and inclusive leadership strategies.
• Together with the team, you develop account strategies, portfolio plans and financial targets.
• You create complete business proposals with commercial and technical content.
• You look for ways to increase value for our diverse customer base and provide feedback for customer-centric innovation to our Product Management.
• You maintain contact with customers and sales channels through regular visits.

Background & Skills

• You bring strong work ethics, commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• You have extensive and proven experience in the sales and application of electric heating systems.
• You have commercial and technical experience working with a variety of sales representatives, electrical wholesalers and distribution channels.
• You have a passion for leading people, a commitment to continuous improvement and are a service-oriented team player.
• You are self-motivated and able to build and coach a diverse team to achieve maximum impact.
• You have excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English language.
