Your new Role
As the Head of Sales at our Dutch office, you will be responsible for leading our sales department using a variety of tools, including motivational strategies, one-on-one conversations, live coaching sessions, and sales training.

Since establishing our presence in the Netherlands in 2022, we have leveraged our extensive experience to gain a deep understanding of the Dutch market. We have successfully built a solid foundation, including the creation of a sales department. You will be pivotal in driving the growth of our sales team, fostering a supportive and healthy work culture. With 23 years of experience and a leading position in the Scandinavian market, we see immense potential in the Dutch market, which has as many lawyers as all of Scandinavia combined—equivalent to three of our individual markets. We are in scale-up mode, transitioning from start-up to scale-up, and the Dutch market holds vast opportunities for growth.
We offer legal networking groups where our clients become part of a community of like-minded professionals. Here, they can exchange knowledge and experiences. Each network has multiple external network leaders, who all are the biggest names in the Dutch legal community, preparing our clients for the future. Therefore, you will lead and train employees in a consultative selling/needs-based selling approach.
Responsibilities
- The tasks in this role are diverse and require a high degree of flexibility and the ability to intervene where needed. Your primary tasks include:
- Daily management of the Dutch department to ensure optimal operations.
- Employee training to ensure each individual's sales performance and development.
- Daily hosting of inspiring morning briefs, designing sales competitions and bonuses, and implementing initiatives that promote high energy, engagement, and a fun atmosphere.
- Continuous development and optimization of the department to create optimal sales conditions.
- Conducting job interviews with potential candidates and handling onboarding new employees.
- Administration, including structuring sales processes and handling sick leave.
Your profile
You are naturally inclined to lead by example and can develop a team through situational leadership. You have a commercial overview and experience in leading telesales. You can make active decisions, have assertiveness, and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
- We imagine you have 3-5 years of experience in B2B telesales (consultative selling/needs-based selling approach).
- You have assertiveness, can make active decisions, and are not afraid to voice your opinion.
- You must enjoy actively leading people and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
- You thrive in a business where no two days are the same and where there is a short distance from thought to action.
- You are a people-oriented leader who spreads good vibes and lifts demotivated employees.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have excellent communication skills both in writing and orally in English.

Every year we hold professional legal events for more than 15,000 participants, divided into 200 different courses, 140 professional legal networks, and 20 conferences in Scandinavia. In addition, we offer access to digital courses and lessons through our e-learning platform eJUC - a total of more than 300 lessons across all areas of law. We have more than 800 specially selected expert teachers consisting of lawyers, accountants, judges, economists, professors, and leaders from recognized law firms, universities, audit houses, courts, public organizations, and private companies.
