Your Role

As Head of SME Leasing for Finland, you will lead the charge in growing our SME leasing portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of leasing for SMEs while driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Execution:
  • Craft and execute a strategic roadmap for expanding the SME leasing business in Finland.
  • Build partnerships with vendors, brokers, and SMEs to drive growth.
• Operational Leadership:
  • Manage the leasing lifecycle from customer acquisition to portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting, sales, and marketing teams to deliver results.
• Financial & Risk Management:
  • Drive revenue and profitability targets while maintaining robust risk controls.
  • Ensure compliance with Finnish regulations.
• Team Development:
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to support leasing objectives.
