Head Of Staffing To Our Internal Staffing Team

Deloitte Technology and Transformations is looking for the perfect match to head up our internal staffing team. Currently, it is a team of three staffing managers, and the head of staffing will act as a daily team leader for the team, but also be a vital part in the daily operations within resource allocation and staffings.

The staffing team is a core element of our daily operations and has the responsibility of allocating and matching consultants with client projects, as well as creating transparency and overviews of the allocation metrics. You will be facilitating weekly staffing meetings with our business leaders and supporting our project managers and partners with all relevant information and follow ups.

The role will give you great insights into the consulting business and you will be working closely with Deloitte the leadership team and build a solid network across the entire organization. The organization has grown rapidly in recent years, and we are having a significant focus on automatization of processes and data quality.

Exciting tasks await you

The role is very versatile, and you will be working within different exciting areas, and be responsible for the following:

Job tasks varies but includes:

  • Facilitating weekly staffing meetings for the teams you will be responsible for, including gathering of relevant data for the purpose of supporting our teams with the best possible decision making
  • Handling of resource requests across Deloitte in Denmark and globally
  • Stakeholder management and continuously working to improve staffing processes
  • Data analysis in Excel and staffing systems
  • Team leader for the staffing team
  • Work closely with colleagues across the Nordics to align e.g. staffing processes

Qualifications

You have the following skills and experience

We imagine that you are an outgoing people person with flair for details. You are used to work in a complex organisation with many stakeholders and has experience as a team leader.

In addition, you:

  • Are motivated for improving processes and work flows
  • Have an eye for the details, but also a flair to see the bigger picture
  • Enjoy juggling many tasks at the same time and are motivated by always delivering on time
  • Ideally have a background within production planning, administrative coordination, project coordination or controller
  • Write and speak both Danish and English fluently
  • Have experience with team leadership

You will report directly to the Technology, and Transformations COO.
