What you’ll Do:

• Lead and execute the end-to-end supply chain transport function across the North Island
• Provide inspirational leadership and foster a culture of high performance and growth
• Take on financial responsibility, maximising profitability and controlling costs
• Build and mentor a team of leaders to drive growth and success
• Champion health & safety compliance and cultivate a strong safety-first culture

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in general management or senior leadership roles in transport or logistics
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a “can-do” mindset
• Deep operational knowledge of fleet management, logistics planning, and cost control
• Expertise in safety leadership and financial management
