Head Of Wholesale

Envii is on a mission to elevate our international wholesale business, and we’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven leader to take the reins.

As Head of Wholesale, you’ll shape our go-to-market strategy, drive global growth, and lead a high-performing team – all while staying true to Envii’s creative DNA and data-driven mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute the wholesale go-to-market strategy across key international markets
• Grow sales through strong partnerships and new business development
• Build long-term relationships with agents, distributors, and key accounts
• Translate retail insights into wholesale opportunities
• Ensure brand consistency across all B2B touchpoints
• Inspire and develop a talented wholesale team
• Lead seasonal showroom presentations and trade show participation.
• Forecast sales and manage budgets for wholesale channels.

Who You Are

• Experienced in international wholesale within fashion, with a background working with buyers, agents, and Key Account Managers
• Commercially sharp and analytically strong
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behaviour and the synergy between retail and wholesale
• A natural leader with a passion for performance
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through wholesale channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with international markets is preferred.
