We are looking for an experienced Head – Product Regulatory Compliance & Market Entry Advisory to establish and lead our Product Compliance Practice. The role will be responsible for advising multinational clients on India’s regulatory landscape, managing complex certification projects, building client relationships, developing the compliance practice, and leading a high-performing consulting team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Regulatory Advisory Lead advisory assignments relating to: – BIS Certification (ISI, CRS, FMCS) – Scheme X – CDSCO – WPC ETA – TEC Approval – BEE Registration – Legal Metrology – LMPC Registration – EPR – CE Mark advisory – RoHS – DGFT – SIMS Registration – Product-specific regulatory approvals.

Market Entry Advisory Support international companies in: – Product launch planning – India regulatory roadmap – Import compliance – Manufacturing compliance – Vendor and laboratory coordination – Government approvals – Regulatory risk assessment.

Client Management – Serve as the primary advisor for multinational clients – Conduct regulatory workshops and client presentations – Understand client products and recommend regulatory pathways – Develop long-term client relationships – Lead strategic consulting engagements

Business Development Support Partner with the Business Development team to: – Participate in client pitches – Prepare technical proposals – Estimate project timelines – Identify cross-selling opportunities – Support strategic account management Team Leadership – Build and mentor a team of consultants – Allocate projects and monitor delivery – Ensure timely execution of client assignments – Maintain quality standards – Conduct technical training sessions

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
